Create responsibly
Be truthful about identity and authorship. Respect copyrights, trademarks, privacy, publicity rights, and confidential information. Obtain permission for photographs, maps, music, recordings, voices, and collaborators’ work.
Not allowed
Do not post child sexual abuse material; sexual exploitation; credible threats; instructions intended to facilitate serious wrongdoing; non-consensual intimate content; targeted harassment; doxxing; malicious impersonation; fraud; malware; spam; or content that violates law or another person’s rights.
AI-assisted work
You remain responsible for prompts, source material, generated output, attribution, permissions, and final publication. Do not use AI tools to imitate a living creator deceptively, create non-consensual intimate material, or evade these rules.
Enforcement
Pen Fiction may reduce visibility, remove content, pause payments, preserve records, or suspend or terminate accounts. Context, severity, intent, harm, and repeat behavior may be considered. Good-faith reports and appeals may be submitted through account support when available.
Copyright
Pen Fiction responds to valid copyright notices and may terminate repeat infringers. A complete notice should identify the protected work and material, provide contact information, include required good-faith and accuracy statements, and include the reporter’s signature.
