Operator and agreement
Pen Fiction is owned and operated by Paper and Glue Publishing LLC. In these terms, “Pen Fiction,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Paper and Glue Publishing LLC. By creating or using an account, you enter into this agreement with Paper and Glue Publishing LLC.
1. Your account
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for protecting access to it.
2. Your work remains yours
You retain ownership of content you upload or create. You grant Pen Fiction a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, distribute, and promote that content only as needed to operate the service and honor the visibility, publication, and sales choices you make. This license ends when content is deleted, except for backups, legal obligations, and copies already purchased or lawfully shared.
3. Your responsibilities
You must have the rights needed for every manuscript, image, map, recording, voice, name, and other element you submit. You are responsible for reviewing AI output, disclosures, permissions, factual claims, and the final work you publish.
4. Platform rules
You may not misuse the service, interfere with its security, scrape it without permission, impersonate others, or publish unlawful or prohibited content. Pen Fiction may remove content, limit distribution, suspend accounts, or preserve evidence when reasonably necessary to protect people, the platform, or legal rights.
5. Purchases and availability
Paid features are also governed by the Creator & Payment Terms. Digital content may change or become unavailable. Pen Fiction may modify features and will make reasonable efforts to protect saved work, but you should keep independent backups.
6. Disclaimers and liability
The service and AI tools are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Pen Fiction disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Nothing here limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
7. Changes and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. Material agreement changes will require a new acceptance. Terms that must survive to protect rights, complete transactions, or resolve disputes remain effective after termination.
